Apadana Gallery: the first home of fine arts

The story of Iran's first gallery with Mahmoud Javadipour, Hossein Kazemi and Amirhoshang Ajudani took place in 1328 under the name of Apadana Gallery or Kashane of Fine Arts at the address: Shah Reza St., near Dolat Gate, Ol Bahar. The building of this gallery still remains at the same address; That is, the present Revolution Street, at the corner of Bahar Street. Both Javadipour and Kazemi were among the first graduates of Tehran University's Faculty of Fine Arts and founded the gallery with the participation of Amirhoshang Ajudani, who was a lawyer, and with personal expenses.
